Our primary goal for developing and implementing a Sales and Marketing Strategy is to keep holding costs, such as real estate taxes, yard care and home maintenance, to a minimum, while generating revenue as quickly as possible. Maintaining an effective strategy for placing assets under land contracts or Cash-For-Deed sales is critical to achieving these goals. Our In-House telemarketing staff is specially-trained to assist homebuyers in purchasing properties through owner-financed and cash-for-deed contracts.
