RECA limited Partnership was formally established over a decade ago by its two founders, Tom Reaves and David Campbell. In its ten year history RECA has quickly established itself as a nationwide leader in value added REO asset management. Buyers all across the country continue to entrust their assets to the RECA management team because of their proven ability to operate as a responsible fiduciary on behalf of their clients. RECA currently has over 2,000 properties under management valued at over $42M.
The company enjoys an excellent reputation in the REO industry. The result has been the formation of National Asset Advisors, LLC. The resulting RECA/NAA partnership brings together the proven acquisition and marketing expertise of RECA properties, with an NAA team of experienced asset management professionals.
