Furthermore, by placing an application to purchase, Buyer agrees to Hold Site Owner, its Representatives, Consultants, Employees, Agents, Affiliates, Partners and Shareholders Harmless for any and all presumed misrepresentations, non-disclosure of information or any other claims or grievances of any kind whatsoever, related to the purchase of any asset listed on the site. Seller reserves the right to remove any asset for the site at any time and for any reason without notice to Buyers. All assets listed on this site are for sale in "As Is" condition at the time of sale or closing, including any defects of any nature, known or unknown, with no representations, warranties or guarantees whatsoever, expressed or implied, regarding their nature, value, source, authenticity, fitness, merchantability, and/or any other aspect or characteristic of this property and with all taxes. Buyer accepts the obligations and responsibility for payment of all delinquent and current property or other taxes, fees, and any other cost, fees fines, levies or assessments of any kind related to the property, whether known or unknown.
